Trouble Reported:
Per Gay in the NOC A Netboss ticket was opened up due to the circuit
bouncing. A ticket has been opened up with ACC for further investigation
 
Current Status:
Per Gay in the NOC the latest update Janet had John call in and report
that he's not seeing loss right now, but the evening is when the most
trouble occurs. At midnight they say 90% packet loss. John spoke with
Janet who ok'ed the replacement of card now. Herman will setup dispatch
and the tech should be on site between 2-3pm
