Per Gay in the NOC A Netboss ticket was opened up due to the circuit
bouncing. A ticket has been opened up with ACC for further
investigation. 
 
Current Status:
Herman Harless is enroute to check the documentation and see if its an
ethernet card that needs to be repalced.
