Trouble Reported:
Brad Black reported trouble with their network connection. He said they
are having trouble pushing large packets. The network is not working and
he needs to work with someone to to see if he needs to make changes on
his side. He has other issues but needs to start with this. I checked in
Granite and found several circuits for Atlantic Broadband but not on
Beale Ave in Altoona Pa. I found circuit 63.DATA.400363.1.CFW ban #
7240942021 but the address is different. Cbr # is 814-242-2997. Please
call Brad as these ACC customers are pretty delicate.

Message for ACC. Talked to Ken Hall at ACC. He is

Stating ckt is up, & was wondering what specific issue was. I explained
was reported as "they are having trouble pushing large packets". he has
requested we find out what MTU Atlantic Broadband is trying to push
with. because the ckt on ACC side is set to 1500 MTU.
