We have a conference call scheduled for Monday morning with Verizon
escalation maintenance management team to discuss chronic trouble
history with this circuit.  This is really embarrassing to have to
continue explaining as the trouble history speaks for itself.   We will
get resolution...

1/13/2010-Verizon opens new ticket to track chronic issue.
1/14/2010-Verizon indicates mapping issue from previous ticket was
resolved on 12/14 (referencing ticket PT615484)
1/17/2010-Circuit bounces; Verizon investigates.
1/18/2010-Verizon indicates circuit show clean. Tech dispatched to pull
stats, Verizon suspects due to rain/wet conditions but cannot determine
where issue lies.
1/25/2010-Circuit bounces in early morning, then goes down late morning.
Circuit restored without intervention. Stats pulled, showed errors going
into R-card from Verizon's side. F1 & F2 pairs to be investigated.
1/26/2010-Verizon suggests Class A inspection of cable to have pairs
stressed and splices checked; coordinated with NTELOS customer for
1/29/2010.  1/29/2010 customer  called circuit down again.
