12/9/2009 Sue called in reporting that this circuit is bouncing
Current Status:
1-26 10:57am Verizon chronic dept. pulled stats and saw errors yesterday
but the 6 days prior to yesterday were clean. He suggests cable audit to
verify everything. This will require the circuit to be down for 2-4
hours. Verizon would need a 48 hour notice for them to do this. Can we
please check with customer to see when Verizon would be able to test
this? Once we get this information the NOC will call the chronic team
back and schedule this (Chronic team direct number 800 247 2828) ///
11:49am - Spoke with Sue and she would like for VZ to do the cable
audit, but before she commits to any time she would like to know if it
can done after hours. Once we find that out she said we would then
discuss a time to do the audit.
