12:55 BH - Greg at Vz called and stated that pm's show circuit bouncing
yesterday but clean today. Most likely something was wet. At this time
cannot determine what. Vz will place on monitor and NOC will monitor. At
first signof issue we will get Vz back out to do testing.1/18/10 1;26pm
Spoke with Sue to let know the update. Sue cbr at 540-354-2836 sent CC
form out.
