Trouble Reported:
Sue reports this circuit is totally down. No access until Monday,
Intrusive testing ok until 5:00am Monday 1/4/10. Power not verified, as
no one on site
 
Current Status:
1/01/10/ 1;30pm I have left a VM for Sue with the following
update.1/1/10 11:49 BH - NOC sees were circuit bounced twice this
morning for a couple minutes each time but has been up since 8:21. NOC
will start intrusive testing since we have test access. Memo below
created on 01/01/10 13:11:17 by user ID: HIPPERTR 1/1/10 13:07 BH - NOC
tested clean to SJ for 30 minutes and CSU for 30 minutes . Vz had closed
ticket so opened new ticket to have monitored and ok'ed testing til
Monday morning if monitor showed issues. Also requested having stats
pulled to see if they will show cause of drops this morning. Left VMM
for Donnie Matthews, Vz escalations. New Vz TT# - PT623643
