update customer, if needed. :39:03 by user ID: MEYERJ I let Jackie know,
but since he just arrived at office, he will see if he canfind reason
for the bounce. Jackie is on his way in. Memo below created on 09/10/09

Jackie reports he checked history of DS3, and does not see where it EVER
bounc ed in the entire history of the circuit. He suspects it may have
been an issu e on US Cellular's end. user ID: COOKJ US Cell called a
said the circuit appears to be back up.
